The Underdog: Michigan State Spartans
Like they say, you can never count out Tom Izzo and his squad. The Michigan State Spartans are still dancing and have become an unlikely member of the Final Four. The number 7 ranked team continued to play together and have found themselves facing Duke. Reebok will drop a colorway in the Question Mids for the Spartan fans. We know Magic Johnson and Draymond Green will be all over this pair. These will release April 3, 2015 on Reebok.com
Cheeseehead Ballers: Wisconsin Badgers
Wisconsin is an adidas endorsed school so we chose a pair to fit the mold. Since adidas gave them white shoes in the D Rose 5 Boost, J Wall 1, and D Lillard 1; we decided to go bold and selected the Florist City D Lillard 1s. With its all red upper, it'll match the school's uniform and tenacity. Nobody believed in Wisconsin and doubted the Big 12 Conference. The best thing about the NCAA is that it becomes a new season when the tourney comes around.
Coach K's Boys: Duke Blue Devils
Kyrie Irving only played in eleven games for the Blue Devils and was forced to cut his collegiate campaign short due to injury. He still became the top overall pick and went to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2011 NBA Draft. Although these won't feature the school's logo, the colorway is inspired by the Blue Devils. Currently, these are the most popular colorway in the Kyrie 1 signature model.
The Heavyweight: Kentucky Wildcats
The Kentucky Wildcats are a NBA lottery pick machine. They will continue to pump out future stars but for now, they were pushed to the brink when Notre Dame almost pulled off the upset. Escaping with a two point victory, the 2014-15 Wildcats are looking to regain their superior strength and continue to steamroll the competition. They'll have to face Frank Kaminsky and his Wisconsin Badgers. It won't be easy for Kentucky but they are still the favorites to win it all. Our pick for the top Kentucky shoes: their LeBron 12 PEs.
