All orders placed will be processed and shipped from the U.S. We use DHL and USPS International, potentially your order may transfer to CANADA Post. If your order transfers, the process is automatic and will be reflected in your tracking number.

All orders placed on our website require up to 3 business days to process. You will receive order confirmation after placing your order.

After you receive shipping confirmation, please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.

Once your order has shipped and you receive shipping confirmation, you can either click on the link directly in your email, or click here to track your shipment on our website.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

All orders placed on our site are shipped from the U.S. and are subject to duties and taxes, unfortunately we cannot adjust or compensate for these fees.
